Good News for zLog

I just heard back from the guys at Metz Mets about the oil situation in the engine head. Here's their reply:

"Fire it up, just cranking the motor will not get oil to the head on the 1500
Met motor, there is more bleed off than the pump can put out unless you can crank it over at 800 rpm (idle speed is just bearly adequate). It may clack for a min or two but should not harm anything."

Add idle speed to the list of many things which are just barely adequate.
